Lauren was on top of the entire transaction. She was very easy to reach and helpful whenever called upon. Lauren was able to explain to the buyers the loan program offered by Annie Mac was a unique product that made it much easier for my client to get their offer accepted over the traditional VA loan program that they kept loosing out on homes they were bidding on. Smooth transaction start to finish.
